Return & Refund Policy

Overview​

At Beacon Wear Apparel, we believe in providing high-quality products that resonate with your faith journey. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. Please note, for hygiene reasons, intimate and personal care items are non-returnable.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to: - Gift cards - Downloadable digital products - Clearance or final sale items - Personal care items for hygiene reasons

Return Process

To complete your return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer directly. To initiate a return, contact our support team at customer.support@beaconwear.net, and we will provide the next steps.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company first, as processing time may vary. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at customer.support@beaconwear.net.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale and clearance items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please contact us at customer.support@beaconwear.net and send your item to: 5900 E Virginia Beach Blvd Ste 41256, Norfolk, Virginia 23541-1256.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, we will send the refund to the gift giver, and they will be informed of your return.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please mail it to: 5900 E Virginia Beach Blvd Ste 41256, Norfolk, Virginia 23541-1256. Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable; if a refund is granted, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. For high-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
